Re subscription renewals - change to payment system

I hope this letter finds you well.
In last week's newsletter you were notified of our the club's decision to introduce a Direct Debit scheme. It simplifies your subscription payments and our administration of subscriptions. For this purpose, a Direct Debit Mandate is attached for you to complete and return by email. Please do so by 10th June so that the first payment can be set up for the start of July. Once we have received your completed mandate, we will write to you with regard to your future payments.
The alternative arrangement offered by the club remains, which allows you to pay the year's subscription fee in July and benefit from one month's free membership. To claim this offer, you have to make payment in the clubroom no later than 7th July.
Finally, a reminder that the subscription fees for all categories will increase from July by £2 per month. This is the first increase in 7 years and will enable the club to continue to invest in its gym and squash facilities. Please see the membership price list attached. as well as the updated version of the club's Bye-laws.
