Following the email sent to everyone recently I am writing to remind those who pay in monthly instalments they need to return their Direct Debit mandate (see attached) no later than 10th June. One payment date of the first working day of the month has been set with the first one due to be taken on 1st July.

If you pay annually or have already returned your mandate, you can ignore this message. For all others some additional information:

* the mandate can be printed off and returned to the club in person or by email
* one mandate can be used to pay for other members, such as a partner. Please make sure you provide this information, so their membership is not affected. An adapted mandate is attached for ease

Please help with the smooth running of the club by getting your mandate back to us no later than Saturday 10th June. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
