Re affiliation to England Squash

Dear [[firstname]]

As advised in a previous newsletter to you, the club has changed the way it affiliates to England Squash. This is a change that England Squash itself is introducing in any case next year. The club will naturally maintain its own court-based affiliation meaning we can hold their approved events at the club. However, for club players and coaches it means they need to pay for their own affiliation, if they want to.

The club has decided that it is appropriate to introduce this change now as the majority of club members, including gym users, receive no benefit from the affiliation. The club already has both personal, employer's and professional liability cover from our insurance provider, so we were overpaying by £1,500 p.a.

You may have received a message from England Squash recently to say your membership has expired. To take out individual membership with England Squash, head to www.englandsquash.com/membership/players where you can see the benefits available. It costs £15 p.a.

Any questions, please let us know.

Regards
