Re Presidents v Chairmans social event, Squash Stars and Yoga

For all those interested in an evening of social squash and racketball there is the Presidents v Chairmans team event taking place in two weeks on Friday 20th October. Start time 5pm with food served towards 7.30pm. Entry fee of £10 includes food and a drink (or £8 for non-players). Please put your name on the form behind the bar. This helps us to gauge numbers to cater for.
Helen is running another one of her popular Squash Stars courses for 5-9 year olds. There are six sessions - all on Saturday mornings between 21st October and 25th November - but numbers are limited. Included in the £42 cost is a Squash Stars kit. Follow the link for details:

You will know now that the club offers sports massage and also that a new Yoga class has been introduced on Monday evenings. Both are very beneficial to those wanting to improve flexibility and to help either prevent or recover from injury. As a promotion, your partners can come along to the Monday Yoga session at the same price as a member i.e. £5. Starting at 5.15pm, it is well timed for when you may be playing on court or in the gym.
