Re new collaboration between Grantham Squash and TruCoaching

Dear [[firstname]]

The club is proud and delighted to announce the start in September of some sports sessions introduced by our long-term members, Nigel, Rachel and Louie Truman. The posters here speak for themselves, but hopefully it will be clear that the two sessions are about much more than just squash coaching. They are designed to introduce you to another form of squash which is quickly becoming established at the club. Racketball is aerobically challenging without impacting the joints, so the Friday mornings are aimed at the over-50s who want to exercise and socialise while developing their racket skills.

Fitness Friday in the afternoon comprises squash and racketball coaching, but it brings together many other apsects, such as physical training and gaining an undertsanding of what is required to remain fit and healthy. The purpose here is to achieve lasting fitness and therefore not have to endure breaks in physical activity due to injury.

From today members can book and pay for these sessions on the website or by scanning the QR code on the posters. Come along and get involved and keep fit!

Best regards

Bryn
