Re Start of a New Era
Dear [[firstname]]
Today is Sonya’s last day managing both the club and Keith. The committee, me personally and, I am sure, all members would like to thank her for everything she has done over the years. She will be sorely missed.
In light of the changes in management the committee has agreed, and many thanks to Mick Steeples for his input and recommendations, to employ Burgin and Co to oversee all financial matters remotely including the end of year accounts.
This is, however, clearly going to leave a big void and after much contemplation it has been agreed that the current management structure needs to change. We have therefore created a new role, that is someone to assist with administrative duties but mainly concentrate on the Bar and be ‘front of house’. This new position will initially be part-time, around 20 hours per week, with an attractive salary and will include a profit share on increased Bar takings.

Again, could I thank everyone for their continued patience in this transitional period and I hope that there hasn’t been too much disruption.
