Re Open Squash Tournament 6 & 7th September

This major event for the club is fast approaching and besides encouraging entries from our own membership, we are appealing for the following to support the event:

• Hosts offering free accommodation to players from outside the area on any of the days Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Volunteers to help on the day to help with communication, advice, keeping areas clean and tidy etc
• Sponsors wishing to support and make the event a real success for the club by contributing towards prize money, trophies, additional running costs

This is a fantastic opportunity for the club to showcase its excellent facilities and levels of personal service, so all offers of support before and during the weekend are most welcome. Anyone wanting to do so, please reply to me in the first instance and if you know someone who would benefit from a stint of volunteering experience, please forward this mesage on to them or ask them to get in contact.

PS Next Monday is the last May Bank Holiday and again the club will be open normal hours 7.00am to 9.30pm.
