Squash Court Booking Rules

• Members can book courts 21 days prior from 7.30 am. In other words, members can only book from 7.30 am on the day when booking to play 21 days in advance -- all other playing times within 21 days can be booked 24/7.
• Members should select their playing partner / opponent's name to show on the booking sheets.
• Court fees per 40 minutes:
  • 50p online booking fee
  • Lights: £4 per 40 minutes, pay at the bar
• Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court
  • You can purchase credit (£5 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into this website. Your transaction will be processed by Stripe.
  • Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit when logged into the court booking system website. On the day playing, each member will receive a Booking Reminder email message which, for the "playing partner(s) / opponent(s)", contains a link to facilitate sharing the cost of the booking fee paid by the member who booked the court.
  • Credit on Member's accounts is not refundable, but can be transferred to other members.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that others may use the court.
  • The booking fee is automatically refunded as system credit only when the booking is cancelled before 12 noon on the day playing.
  • There is no refund when the booking is cancelled after 12 noon on the day playing, unless the same court and start time is re-booked -- in this case the booking fee is automatically refunded.

Fitness Class Booking Rules

• Members can book fitness classes 21 days prior from 7.30 am. In other words, members can only book from 7.30 am on the day when booking 21 days in advance -- all other playing fitness classes within 21 days can be booked 24/7.
• Any fitness classes booking fees will be shown on the booking sheets.
• Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court

  • When unable to participate in a fitness class, members should cancel as soon as possible to make the place available for another member to use.
